Gina Brar spends her time fabricating worlds that are far and beyond. She likes to take her readers on action-filled adventures through her weird and wonderful worlds, creating characters they would fall in love with or characters they would love to hate. Her passion is to write fiction that enriches the minds of middle grade to young readers but would equally intrigue anyone outside these age ranges.
On the lighter side, she loves to cook up smaller worlds that are just around the corner for children’s pictures books and early readers.
Gina’s inspiration comes from her father’s tales she grew up listening to. Her source of power originates in her early morning walks with her dog along lonely Mississauga streets inundated with whispering trees, busy squirrels, chirping sparrows and honking Canadian geese. While her dog converses with the sparrows and the geese she talks to the trees, absorbing their years of wisdom, knowledge and perception.
